No explanation for this line, IMO correct line must be +0.5 at best
Slavia has played just two competitive games so far this year, loosing already at home to newcomer in 1st division Kaliakra and winning away to Minior with 2nd half goals.
Slavia don't play good and is mediocre team at best.
Beroe already with 4 competitive games this year and 3 good results -> 1:1 in Sofia against Rapid Wien, 1:1 at home against Litex for the league and 1:1 in Sofia against Litex for the Supercup.
A team that has managed to draw Litex twice in regular time in the last weeks does not deserve to be such underdog against Slavia, hence my bet.

Levski started well the season with 8-0 aggregate against Dundalk in Europa League.
On the opposite, CSKA just lost 2-5 against Olympiakos Nicosia, which is newcomer in Cyprus 1st division.
This was the official presentation of the team in front of the fans and the play was very poor, especially the defense showed disastrous performance.
For Europa League CSKA will play on Tuesday at home to Cliftonvile and Levski have much harder task on Thursday away to Kalmar. So Levski will have two days less rest, but I think this early in the season fatigue should not be an issue.
I don't see Levski loosing at all. I think they will win and may be win with handicap, but the safest option is Levski not to loose.

Mezdra is seriously endangered by relegation this year. One of their main rivals Loko PD got new owner in the break and is well financed and will avoid the drop for sure. So Mezdra are actually 4 points bellow the line at the moment and their direct contenders Montana/Sliven are not bad teams and will be hard task for Mezdra and they can not afford to loose points at home.

Bulgarian U21 is very weak at the moment - poor players, poor coach, no experience etc. Montenegro U21 is rather strong with some very quality players like Jovetic and Fatic.
Will be no surprise if Montenegro wins 3-0 / 4-1 here
