Didn't have much time in last months to post picks and analysis in the forum, but this pick is worth consideration.
Levski had a humiliating start of the season, loosing in 3rd round of CL to BATE Borisov, but in the midweek match away to Zilina in the UEFA Cup they showed they are starting to find their form and confidence. I'm no Levski fan, so it is not biased to say they have much better squad than Loko SF at the moment.
Loko SF are not convincing since start of season and their quality is down from last season.
Normal odds for Levski should be 1.60 - 1.70 away (actually Levski fans will be majority at stadium), so really this is non-brainer pick and must take at those odds.
